Liza Stedman Millinery creates model millinery using the finest materials with an emphasis on originality in design, texture and sculptural form.

Liza trained in London under style luminaries Stephen Jones and Lucy Barlow. Her couture finished hats have received two Melbourne Oaks Day Millinery Awards and are acquired by National Galleries. She has been published regularly in the Australian broadsheets and magazines.

Liza has established and taught many millinery courses, both privately and for fashion institutions in Australia.

The vital steps of preparation are key as Liza manipulates the natural fibre to shape and form successfully. Learn how to give a sculptural impact to your headwear with a supported contour together with combined straw colours.

DESIGN WITH PARISISAL

Learn how to control the natural fibres of a Parisisal Capeline to maintain composition as you shape a wide brim. Use a toile in millinery as used by couture designers and tailors.
