SUPPLIES

🧵 Materials
• 1 metre plain crinoline (15cm / 6" wide)
• Optional: 2 metres for additional layers
• 1.0mm millinery wire
• Polyester sewing thread (to match crin)
• See-through nylon thread (0.25mm)
• Pattern paper or card for block template

🛠️ Tools
•Tiara or bandeau block
• Glass-headed pins (long and short)
• Milliner’s needles (size 6/7)
• Colouring pencils + regular pencil
• Wire cutters
• UHU all-purpose glue
